www.bhavehair.co.za only ship within South Africa.
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours (9am to 4pm). Goods are packed and shipped from Johannesburg within 5 business days, a tracking number will be sent once items have been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, bhave are unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcels.
Before returning any items to bhave, to avoid any unnecessary delays or difficulties, please contact bhave at email@example.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. bhave will respond with a return reference number and instructions on how to return the item/s.
The conditions relating to the return of any items are as follows:
New, unopened items, can be returned within 15 days of delivery, in which case you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs as well as a 10% handling charge.
Where the item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery and a representative of bhave, after inspection of the item deems it to be defective, bhave will provide a full refund or replacement and will pay for associated shipping costs.
The item sent to you differs to the item which you ordered, in which case, on receipt of the returned item, bhave will exchange this for the correct item and will pay for all associated shipping costs.
bhave are unable to accept responsibility for items you return to bhave, until these are received by bhave. It is therefore advised that when shipping returns to bhave that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking of the shipment.
You should expect to receive any refund due to you within two weeks of bhave receiving the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time includes the time it takes bhave to process your return once bhave receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
